Week Two: Foundations of Civilization

This week we will begin our lessons on ancient civilizations.  We will study man from his very beginnings as hunters and gatherers up to the stages when civilizations were born.

Your vocabulary words for this week are:

You will have a change to work on your vocabulary notebook in class each day.  It will be due on FRIDAY this week.  You will also have a quiz on these words on FRIDAY.

Week 15: World War II

This week, we will cover several different topics in an attempt to get to the finish line before Christmas! We will start off by taking a test on WWI, then look at the interwar years and the beginning of WWII. You will need to complete your vocabulary chart with the vocabulary word, definition, a picture and a sentence.  The sentences need to be at least six words and show an understanding of the world.  I am going to have to take off if you do not do so. Week Seven: Medieval Europe
